[AR] By accessing or using RoadDux, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

[AR] Platform refers to the RoadDux website and mobile applications. User means any person who accesses the Platform.

[AR] You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

[AR] As a Learner, you agree to provide accurate information, arrive on time, and treat instructors with respect.

[AR] As an Instructor, you agree to maintain valid ADI certification and insurance, and provide professional instruction.

[AR] Bookings are confirmed when payment is processed. Instructors receive 90% of the booking amount.

[AR] Learners may cancel bookings up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.

[AR] Users must not engage in harassment, discrimination, or illegal activity.

[AR] All content on the Platform is owned by RoadDux or its licensors.

[AR] RoadDux is a marketplace connecting Learners and Instructors. We are not responsible for the actions of Users.

[AR] You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RoadDux from any claims arising from your use of the Platform.

[AR] You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

[AR] For disputes between Users, we encourage direct communication first.

[AR] These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

[AR] We may update these Terms from time to time.
